libfltk1.1 software package provides Fast Light Toolkit - shared libraries, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfltk1.1
libfltk1.1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfltk1.1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfltk1.1 *
You will get with libfltk1.1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
